SENSES
I sent home a note last week asking parents to help their children find 6 small "Feely" items around their house to use in making their Touch Books.  Please send the items in a Ziplock bag (labelled with their names) to school as soon as possible.  We will be making our booklets this week. 
Thanks again for your help.
In case you can't find the note we need - something smooth, rough, hard, soft, bumpy, crunchy

HALLOWEEN PARTY
Our Halloween Party will be held next week, on Monday, October 31 in the afternoon.  The children can dress up in a costume if they wish.  Please send the costumes to school in a plastic bag and the children can CHANGE AFTER LUNCH RECESS. 
- Please do not send your child to school in their costumes in the morning. 
- Please do not send a costume that has a face mask, blood, weapons or is frightening.
- After everyone has changed, we will be having a costume parade around the school and a mini-dance in the gym.
- After last recess we will be having snacks and games.  There are 17 students in the class.
