SPRING CONCERT
Next week is our annual Spring Concert.  Please have your child here at the school at 6:00 and drop them off in their classroom.  We have our concert outside so please bring lawn chairs and/or blankets. Also, make sure your child brings their violins!  If your child will not be able to attend this event, please let Mr. B and Mrs. Petkau know ahead of time.  The We Care Club will be selling frozen treats that night to raise money.
ALSO - That week, starting on Monday, June 3, there will be a Scholastic Book Fair in the gym.

SUMMER WEATHER
Please put sunscreen on your child in the morning before school.  You may want to send an extra bottle to leave in their lockers so they can reapply it later on in the day.  Please send a sun hat to school as well.  The summer weather is finally here!

FIELD TRIP
We will be going on our final field trip to Oak Hammock Marsh on Monday, June 17.  This will be an all day trip and they will need to bring a lunch along.  We will also need parent drivers for this trip.  I will be sending more information and the permission form home soon.

FLAT-PEOPLE
We mailed out our flat-people last week so hopefully they will be arriving at their Canadian city destination homes this week.  We can't wait to get them back!
