HAPPY BIRTHDAY REID JANUARY 7
BRRRRRR!
It is January and the weather is cold! We go outside everyday as long as the temperature is above -30 degrees C (with the wind chill). Mrs. Madden checks the temperature at the Forks right before each recess to see if we can go out or stay inside and have indoor recess. Please send ALL of the warm outdoor clothes your child might need for recess, even if it is very cold in the morning, the temperature can change and we may go out during lunch or last recess. Thanks.
MATH
We have started a new math unit about addition and subtraction. You can help your child practice these skills by (casually) asking a few real life math questions throughout the day. Example - "If each person in our family gets two cookies, how many cookies do we need for lunch?"
